Die Lage des Hauses macht es zu einem idealen Ausgangspunkt für Wintersportler, Wanderer, Radfahrer und Familien. Auch Motorradfahrer sind herzlich willkommen und finden in Winterberg sowie im gesamten Sauerland gut ausgebaute Strecken.

The holiday apartment, newly built in 2021, features 3 rooms over a spacious 93 m² and offers luxurious furnishings. Located on the ground floor with a private entrance, it includes:
Two bedrooms with double beds and flat-screen TVs.
A modern bathroom with a rain shower and hairdryer.
An additional bathroom with WC and washbasin.
A fully equipped kitchenette with refrigerator, four-burner ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine (including capsules for your arrival day), kettle with a fine selection of teas, and toaster.
A spacious dining table for up to six people in the kitchen, accompanied by a flat-screen TV.
